Important information

  1. The prices specified for the three different party pack options, which follow below, include ENTRANCE FEE and ONE BOWL OF FOOD to feed the animals in the farmyard.
  2. Adult guests pay the normal entrance fee of R30 per person with the additional benefits of TEA AND COFFEE served at NO EXTRA CHARGE.
  3. A party area will be set aside with a "HAPPY BIRTHDAY BANNER". Small chairs and tables will be provided for the birthday child and his or her guests. Chairs and tables will be provided for adults.
  4. The chosen party boxes will be placed at the party area.
  5. Coupons for COOLDRINKS and ICE-CREAMS will be given to the host parents. These can be brought to the kiosk whenever the children are ready for these items. In this way we are able to keep everything COLD and the children are able to CHOOSE which drinks and ice-creams they prefer.
  6. We are sometimes faced with the problem of whole families who have not been invited to the party, coming in to "drop off" the party guest and then spending the next few hours in the zoo without having paid an entrance fee. This puts us and the party hosts in a very awkward situation. To minimize problems in this area we require a GUEST LIST for all the ADULTS who will be joining you at the party - to be handed in at the kiosk on your arrival or faxed to us beforehand.   7. While you are welcome to spend as long as you like in the Zoo, the PARTY AREA itself is made available to you for THREE HOURS. This is to enable us to plan our functions efficiently and ensure that our guests have an enjoyable and hassle-free experience. MORNING PARTIES: 10am - 1pm, AFTERNOON PARTIES: 2pm - 5pm (Afternoon parties please settle your account at the Kiosk before 4:00pm)
  8. A deposit of R200 is required when you make your booking. We will only allocate your party area and confirm your booking on receipt of your deposit.
  9. NO BALLOONS are allowed. Animals become stressed and bits of rubber are dangerous for free walking animals.
  10. No pets or open fires are allowed in the Park. We do allow gasbraais in the park.
